Gareth wrote no further articles after April 20th in Britain on the Genocide-Famine in Ukraine, the Holodomor, but he did give a series of Lectures throughout Britain and Ireland during the following year on the Enigma of Bolshevik Russia. The reason, no doubt was, because the British Government was following a policy of appeasement.
Gareth used these photos to illustrate his lectures,. He was sent them in August 1933. The source is unknown, but the provenance has now been found to be that of the 1921/2 famine and taken in Berdiansk in Ukraine.
